NO CREO QUE ESTA SEA UNA RESPUESTA DE UNA PERSONA QUE TRABAJA EN UN HOTEL DE LUJO. SE LO PREGUNTÉ A UNA COMPAÑERA Y ME EXPLICÓ QUE NO HABÍA TAZAS DE MAYOR TAMÑAO, PERO SI PODÍA TENER UN VASO. SON DETALLES QUE HACEN LA DIFERENCIA. TAMBIÉN QUERIA COMENTAR LAS VISTAS DE MI HABITACIÓN : A UN PATIO.

• Room: 10 TV could have more of a selection aimed more at International languages.
• Value for money: 7.5 The coffee machine in the room didn't work as it leaked everywhere. If it did work then you are only allowed two drinks per day. HDMI cable for TV broken. Draw under sink didn't close. Fridge is too small, so you cant store your own drinks. Two lamps in the room didn't work, so couldn't work at desk. When you flush the toilet the water splashes out. Room 106. None of this spoiled my stay but really these things could be improved on.
