• Positive: The young women who work at the front desk were incredibly helpful, patient and hardworking. Most impressive.
• Negative: I tried to cancel one night of our stay by writing a letter, but I had to do it via your website. Other things came up and I couldn%27t do it. I had to pay for that one night, even though we booked an extra night later in the week. That was bothersome.
