• Positive: Belle décoration de l'hôtel. Perrsonnel tres aimable. Chambre et salle de bain tres bien décorée et tres propre. Le Spa et le Sauna tres appréciable. Parking souterrain. Proximité de l'hôtel de La Ramblas et du Port de Barcelone
• Negative: Le petit déjeuner. Pour un hotel 4 étoiles il faut absolument monter en gamme. Je vous conseille d'aller voir dans un hotel similaire en France pour constater la différence !! Le Hammam était hors service pendant une semaine.

• Negative: Verwendete Baumaterialien sind grottenschlecht, obwohl das Hotel noch so neu ist, zeigt es extreme Gebrauchspuren. Schade!

• Location: 7.5 Location was just a little out of the way, but still only 8 minute walk to La Ramblas

• Staff: 10 Reception staff really helpful, always helped with directions etc.
• Quietness: 7.5 Hotel was very quiet.
• Room: 7.5 Would have liked the bathroom to have been bigger and maybe for a sink to be in the bathroom not the main room.
• Value for money: 10 Was worth what I paid.

• Room: 2.5 No coffee to tea facilities it did say on line and in the room folder you could help yourself to free tea or coffee at the bar but the machine was never on and when asked we was charged
• Value for money: Not rated No as not happy there was no coffee or tea facilities
