• Location: 10 Near to everything - highly appreciated

• Staff: 7.5 Front desk could be a bit more friendly - they seemed busy with everything else than customer service. But their English was good and understandable.
• Quietness: 2.5 You could hear almost everything that is going on in the neighbor rooms. Toilet flushing, doors closing - even how heavy the person breathe during the night.
• Room: 7.5 Good quality for the price.
• Value for money: 7.5 I believe it was worth the stay because of the price. Only comment to price is that it should have breakfast included in the standard price.

• Common facilities and services: Not rated You had to pay for a safety deposit box when it advertised that it had one in the room. The internet was always broken. The pool was tiny and in terrible surroundings.
• Staff: 2.5 They generally didn%27t care whether you were happy or not or if they could help.
• Quietness: 2.5 Walls were thin.
• Room: Not rated Tiny and something out of the late 80%27s. Bathroom was in a bad state of repair.
• Value for money: Not rated I had looked at other hotels and for 20 euro a night more I could have found a very new, modern and smart place with friendly staff and bigger rooms.
