• Positive: Loved the decor, cleanliness, facilities, swimming pool and internet access were great. The reception lady when we left was friendly - coming in not so much.
• Negative: The traffic noise from outside - we had requested a quiet room and other reviews I read had said it was quiet - it wasn%27t. Like breakfast to be included in price - went elsewhere as it%27s too expensive.

• Location: 10 Good location. Sit%27s in an odd area not facing main street. Hotel can be easily missed if you%27re not familiar with it%27s location.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Very modern facility. Need coffee/tea, ice buckets in rooms.
• Staff: 10 Very courterous, friendly and helpful. Spoke fluent english which was very helpful.
• Quietness: 7.5 Vibration/sound of underground trains unpleasant.

• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The upstairs terrace was a wonderful space. A great spot to catch some sun and relax.The bar area is very uninviting
