• Staff: 10 The staff were particularly helpful when I left my bagon the airport bus on arrival. Your receptionist helped by contacting the bus comapy and I was able to collect my bag withoutn problems. In addition they were great at helping us negotiate the route to the Nou Camp for our visit on the Saturday match against Valencia helping make our visit extra special
