"En primer lugar queremos agradecerle que se haya alojado en el Hotel Kursaal Calafell y por enviarnos sus comentarios ya que nos son de gran ayuda para mejorar. Sentimos la mala experiencia sufrida en cuanto a los aspectos de limpieza. El departamento de pisos se encuentra abocado diariamente a esta labor, para confort y disfrute de todos lo clientes. Las habitaciones están provistas de vasos de plástico por practicidad. En el restaurante puede solicitar de cristal si así lo desea el cliente. Esperamos contar con su pronta visita para poder revertir su mala impresión."
