• Cleanliness: 10 Towels were not changed every day, which would have been fine except towel heater did not work and there are no hooks so towels were damp the next day.
• Location: 7.5 Easy to walk to walk to Vieux Ville, port, market and along coast to fantastic hike around Cap D'Antibes.
• Common facilities and services: 10 charming shared area and courtyard breakfast served outside of room on personal cafe table
• Staff: 10 Nathalie & Pierre, and young lady who cleaned rooms were very friendly and accommodating.

• Room: 5 Tiny room compared to others for the price. Tiny window, no view, near entrance. We booked the "room only" which did not have a toilet!!! Toilet was provided just for us with a key, however, it was right outside in courtyard so it was a little embarrassing for me when others were sitting in courtyard. My husband got a view of the other rooms and they were much roomier. Room was clean, though, and sweetly decorated, shower was roomy and good water pressure.
• Value for money: 7.5 If it wasn't for the fabulous breakfast presented so beautifully by Nathalie, I would say the value was not up to the size of the room, especially without the toilet.
