• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Para no iniciados, se hubiera agradecido mayor explicación en el spa, consejos, etc...solo dentro, fui viendo "como funcionaba". Se hubiese agradecido una pequeña explicación. Por cierto, las duchas alrededor de la piscina de burbujas no funcionaban bien

• Negative: The water was turned off for more than a day. No showers available, no swimming pool or spa. This was outside the hotels control, however it was known it would happen and when we booked it should have been brought to our attention.

• Value for money: Not rated Stayed four days, no swimming pool or spa for one of those days, hence not great value this trip. Would have appreciated a discount offered for another visit

• Negative: Tardaron 1 hora de reloj en servirnos una amburguesa en el bar de la piscina para comer, mientras que los demás ya habíamos comido. El aire acondicionado de la habitación debía tener algún fallo porque el botón de off no funcionaba y lo tuvimos que tener puesto toda la noche (cierto es que en recepción se ofrecieron a mirarlo, pero sinceramente a la 1 de la madrugada, en pijama y el niño durmiendo prefería que no subieran)

• Location: 7.5 lo unico que hay que coger coche para ir a la playa y está lejos, pero eso lo sabíamos. Está en un parque natural muy tranquilo

• Quietness: 7.5 había una boda y echaron de la piscina a todo el mundo a partir de cierta hora, de madrugada se oía un poco la música, pero se podía dormir, el hotel no tenía animación en plena temporada, aunque por otro lado gracias a eso había tranquilidad...
