• Positive: La botella de champan que dejaron en la habitación y el trato exquisito por el personal de recepción.
• Negative: La antigüedad y limpieza del escaso mobiliario de la habitación. El precio excesivo para la pésima calidad de la comida servida en el comedor. El paupérrimo y lamentable buffet del desayuno. El abusivo precio de las consumiciones en terraza. Y sobre todo el terrible estado de las duchas del balneario, la no utilización de la piscina y el denigrante trato de la persona encargada del mismo.

• Value for money: 5 En el spa no funcionaban todas las partes de la piscina de chorros, como las camas de agua. El agua de la piscina de agua fría estaba muy sucia. Spa muy regular.

• Positive: La zona y el restaurante. Estuvimos solos en el spa y es muy tranquilo
• Negative: No nos avisaron que de habría algunas zonas reservadas y que no íbamos a poder utilizar algunos servicios ese día como el spa o la parte del restaurante con vistas a la sierra. Si hubiésemos tenido que irnos pronto al día siguiente no hubiésemos podido disfrutar del spa aunque lo hubiésemos pagado.
