- Positive: La ubicación del hotel y la amabilidad de dos de los recepcionistas del turno de noche: José Manuel e Isaac.
- Negative: El colchón de la cama marítimo, se clavaban todos los muelles. Las habitaciones que dan a la calle deberían insonorizarlas pues hace el descanso bastante difícil. Las comidas pésimas, muy repetitivas.

- Positive: Der Empfang war überaus freundlich und verbindlich, die Zimmer und das Frühstück war über meinen Erwartungen, für mich unverständlich mit welchen kritischen Äußerungen das Hotel im Internet beschrieben wird. Frühstück war umfangreich und lecker. Das Parkhaus in der Nähe war für uns sehr hilfreich und nicht zu teuer.
