• Common facilities and services: 2.5 The hotel was being renovated, practically all facilities were compromised. When we left for the airport, we asked the front desk for a taxi, they asked the bellboy to arange for one. We waited for over 10 minutes (at 7:ooa.m.)and payed extra charge (which the driver couldn%27t explain),for the driver was someone he knew.
