• Location: 10 Su ubicacion es inmejorable, cerca de las tiendas, Pueta Sol , Plaza Mayor , Gran via , Madrid Antiguo....
• Common facilities and services: 10 Las que tiene son buenas, para mi gusto deberian poner un pequeño spa
• Staff: 10 Son muy correctos y atentos, tratan de ayudarte y complacerte en todo momento o cuando lo requieras.

• Room: 10 Las habitaciones estan muy bien equipadas, confortables, remodeladas. He tenido vistas a la Plaza del Carmen, que por fin la han terminado.
• Value for money: 10 Por su calidad esta bien de precio. lo unico es que los precios de la cafeteria para determinados productos son excesivos.
