"Ante todo, gracias por su fidelidad y sus comentarios que nos hacen mejorar día a día. Revisada su estancia vemos que usted realizó 2 reservas: una realizada en enero en nuestra web www.liabeny.es, por 2 noches, con condición de no reembolsable y otra realizada en febrero por teléfono para 1 noche adicional. En esta segunda reserva ya no estaba disponible ese tipo de tarifa no reembolsable (y por tanto más económica) y de ahí que se le cargase a la tarifa normal. Evidentemente algo no debimos hacer bien cuando Usted no es consciente de que por teléfono le informaran de esta diferencia. Por otro lado es cierto que los días de su estancia estábamos completos. Tomamos nota de su preferencia de tipo de habitación y como ya le informamos por email nos ponemos a su disposición para futuras ocasiones."
