• Positive: La ubicación,todo centrico, la Giralda, el barrio de Santa Cruz...mucho ambiente y todo a un paso del hotel. La limpieza muy buena, y el personal del hotel muy correcto. La decoracion del hotel es clásica, pero no da aspecto de vieja o deteriorada, nuestra habitación daba a un patio interior muy limpio y tranquilo. Dejamos el coche en el garage del hotel, un alivio. La plaza enfrente del hotel es estupenda a primera hora de la mañana o por la noche.
• Negative: Me hubiera gustado que en el refrigerador de la habitación hubiera frutos secos o alguna cosa para picar, no sólo bebidas.

• Positive: The Room was great. The housekeeping staff very attentive. Reception was great at check in. Very helpful at that time and some other occasions. Bar staff good. General physical design and decor lovely
• Negative: The restaurant. The food was very ordinary - even the chef's recommendation. Inconsistency of reception staff. Sometime great. Othertimes would ask three times to get something done and it still wouldn't be.
