• Would you recommend it? Yes
• Positive: Food at breakfast and dinner was great. The room was spacious and air conditioning working well. The common areas were nicely furnished and clean, with great views.
• Negative: Staff at the reception was quite dispassionate. Sun-shutters were squeaky - one could oil them for smooth operation.
• I RECOMMEND it for... Older travelers, Families, Couples, Healthy lifestyle

• Location: 7.5 The position in Estellencs is superb. However, many rooms give onto the main street and a bar downstairs, which makes it quite noisy.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The pool was nice and the relax area as well. However, the jacuzzi bath and the small pool near it were not heated and we did not see them used as it was too cold to relax.
• Staff: 7.5 We very much appreciated the level of service: our room was cleaned nicely and with tact. The only small remark is that the lady at the reception is polite and speaks several languages, but is so much very unenthusiastic.
• Quietness: 5 Cars, motorcycles, local bar downstairs, noise from staircase.
• Room: 7.5 We had a peculiar angle room with a funnily shaped bathroom - we liked it, although it did not have a balcony. The front view was on the second building of the hotel, the side view on the restaurant and mountains.
• Value for money: 10 For a really four-start hotel with half-board it was a very good price-quality ratio. We had paid beforehand with the non-cancellation discount, though.

• Positive: The upgrade to the suite. The views from the hotel. The breakfast including the ability to get a simple breakfast served at 6:30 to catch a airplane.
• Negative: No sun beds at the suite. Furniture destroyed in suites main room. Ice cold water in the outdoor spa. Presented to invoice for the former guests use of refrigerator (should have been checked by the cleaning personnel in the morning, but was ok handled by the lady in the reception).

• Positive: El entorno. La mejor cala a tan solo 20' andando (la bajada) o a 2' en coche.La amabilidad del personal, empezando por recepción y camareros del desayuno. En el hotel tienes todo lo que necesitas para sentirte bien. Piscina, habitacion grande con balcon y vistas preciosas, el Spa, la terraza del desayuno y el desayuno de calidad. La zona es muy bonita y tranquila. A 7 km hay otro pueblo muy bonito Banyalbufar. En resumen, la estancia ha sido de 10.
• Negative: La carretera de Estellencs a Andratx. Se hacia bastante largo a pesar de estar a solo 16 kms.
