5-star luxury hotel situated in La Selva del Camp near Tarragona and housed in a modernist building designed by the famous architect Domenech I Montaner and later restored into a splendid luxury hotel. Each one of the rooms and suites is named after an outstanding Catalan modernist architect. As you would expect from a hotel of this standard the cuisine on offer at the La Gigantea restaurant is of top quality. There is also a spa-wellness area, a nice and quiet atmosphere where you can relax and rest before or after a hydrotherapy bath, massage or any of the health and beauty treatments. It is always a pleasure for our guests to stay at this magnificent 26 bedroom hotel. Each one of the rooms and suites has the name of an outstanding Catalonian modernist architect. Inside the rooms, you will find a brief biography as well as various graphic materials. So with every visit, the guest will have the opportunity to learn about a movement that one hundred years later still captivates us.

  • Negative: Algunos aspectos relacionados con la limpieza: - el día de la llegada estaba la habitación llena de moscas. Matamos al menos una docena. Trajimos un antimosquitos electrico y ya no hubo más. Entiendo que en el exterior las haya, pero no es aceptable que ocurra en las habitaciones. Alguna medida tienen que adoptar para evitarlo. -La terraza de la habitación estuvo toda la estancia sucia de hojarasca y excrementos de pájaros. Entiendo que la terraza está cubierta de plantas y que hay muchos pájaros en la zona y comprendería que hubiera alguna hojita o algún regalito de los pájaros, pero al menos una vez al día deberían limpiarla, cosa que no hacen. -Lla habitación en general necesitaba un poco de renovación para ser excelente. Mi valoración total es muy bien por el personal y el restaurante, aunque debería rebajarlo por la limpieza, para nada de un 5*

  • Positive: La tranquilidad, spa i el restaurante impresionante con un servicio excepcional
  • Negative: Servicio piscina, frecuentemente tenias que avisar porque no habia nadie, aunque eran educados y atentos, molesta el hecho de tener que ir constantemente a recepcion o esperar para pedir un servicio. Detalle que no esperas en un hotel de 5 estrellas. La bañera hudromasaje de la suite junior llena de trozos de oxido que se desprenden del radiador que hay alli, da sensacion de suciedad y la llave de la habitacion no hace buen contacto con el sistema de apertura de luces y A/C con lo cual hasta que no le coges el punto, se apaga varias veces.
