• Staff: 10 Front counter staff very helpful and knowledgeable, answered all my questions with a smile.
• Quietness: 7.5 Even though 4th floor room, truck and bus noise when windows open.
• Room: 7.5 No international tv choices in English, even CNN Int'l or BBC, rather odd for a business hotel. And the varied opaque-and-clear pattern of the shower and toilet doors would be very problematic if more than one person in room. Bad design there!

• Negative: We ended up in a room which was apparently a smoking room. The reception staff did not offer a non-smoking room. This is partially our fault for not requesting.
