• Negative: the breakfast! No fresh vegetables or fruits. Only ham and sausages. The breakfast was really terrible for a 4* hotel. No free-Wifi in the room, only in the lobby available.

• Positive: Opción de poder abrir la ventana/puerta y por lo menos el pequeno sitio en el balcón. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y bien arregladas.
• Negative: El desayuno. Se ofrece mucha comida pero desgraciadamente de muy mala calidad. Los panecillos parecen horneadas pero del día anterior. No había ventilador en el bano. Falta cerradura debajo del vidrio en el bano para que el agua no salga cuando se ducha.

• Staff: 2.5 En la recepción muy básico/mal. No eran capaz de pedir un taxi punctualmente! El personal fuma enfrente del hotel :-( En la sala de desayuno eficaz pero no amable.

• Staff: 5 the staff assistance was average; did not make guests feel we were a priority
• Quietness: 2.5 every night there was alot of noise from the square outside the hotel; floor are not carpeted and noise traveled from people walking in room above us
• Room: 5 the room was small and there were no drawers to put clothes away; nice balcony overlooking square w view to marina

• Staff: 5 Algunos poco profesionales y hasta casi maleducados....otros bien.
• Quietness: 7.5 Bien, excepto algunos ocasionales ruidos por clientes poco educados.
• Room: 5 Tamaño un poco ajustado, ducha con muy poca presión del agua (Hab 208). No mini bar.
• Value for money: 5 No merece 4 estrellas, pero en el complejo está bien.

• Positive: The room : nice and clean room with very little noise. The temperature was just a little too high. It's nice to be able to leave our luggage after the check out.
