• Cleanliness: 10 Really clean and crisp.cleaned daily with clean towels
• Location: 10 Short walk from Universidad metro and the Aerobus stop. 5 mins to Ramblas and 10 mins Gothic ealking
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Breakfast lovely. Characterful room good choice, nice coffee.printed boarding passes no problem too.

• Quietness: 7.5 Mostly quiet but could hear people in next room at times but not a problem
• Room: 7.5 Twin room with comfy beds. Average size which was fine for 2. I think there are larger rooms if needed. A balcony would have been great but we knew there was no balcony when we booked.
• Value for money: 7.5 Excellent due to location. Lovely small hotel
