• Positive: - the beautiful garden - the helpful and friendly staff - the spa
• Negative: - could be a bit cleaner (eg. carpets, etc.) - that the cleaning lady puts our pillows on the floor when she does the bed - that the cleaning lady each time arranges back all the furniture, that we moved a bit out of the way for our convenience - that the outdoor pool is so small/narrow - that there are only few rooms with separate mattresses - the rooms that have the bathroom basically in the room, a separation is much better in terms of light disturbance, etc.

• Positive: Personal and good service. Nice and clean facilities. Great rooms and patio with fantastic views.
• Negative: Although great garden with nice swimming pool and facilities, there was a lot of kids making noise, splashing in the swimming pool (including over my food where I was sitting at the restaurant) etc. etc. Also we went to the spa which is nice, however, again a lot of noise from the kids. Extremely difficult to have a relaxing treatment with screaming right outside the room. Basically you should not have a hallway from the indoor pool up to the outside pool where kids are running and screaming. In my opinion people are paying a lot of money to relax, both at the spa and in the pool so there needs to be more strict rules re kids. Don´t get me wrong, we love kids - have three of them but there is a time and place for everything - i.e. there could be a "kids time" at the pool etc.
