• Positive: The staff is lovely, that's the main reason I always return. Plus: perfect location close to the harbour, shops and restaurants in short walking distance, beach nearby
• Negative: I booked a seaview room in January, but when we arrived there in August, we were given a shabby apartment for the first night. You should really work on that, especially since I'm a regular client

• Quietness: 7.5 well, there's the tram, and it makes some noise. I don't mind- it's part of what makes Port Soller so special.
