  • Staff: 2.5 En recepción, sólo una persona para hacer 3 check-in, demasiado poco. Teníamos un pack con botella de cava y chocolate, no hubo manera a que nos lo traerán a la habitación a la hora deseada (21.30) porque el personal estaba de servicio en el restaurante. Es una respuesta poco digna del estándar del hotel, además de haber sido poca educada....
  • Quietness: 10 Quizá la puesta en servicio de columpios para niños, en una parte alejada del parque ayudaría a que más tranquilo sea todavía
  • Room: 7.5 En la suite 325, es de valorar añadir un par de tumbonas, dado que le tamaño de la terraza lo permite.
