• Cleanliness: 10 Room was always clean when we returned each day.
• Location: 10 Great location for exploring the city.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Bar and restaurant were fine. Can't comment on spa as it was closed.
• Staff: 10 Reception staff - especially Sara - were very helpful, polite and friendly. One of the bar staff seemed grumpy but rest were fine.
• Quietness: 10 Our room was at the back - there was no noise from outside. A small amount of corridor notice at night.
• Room: 10 Good size room - nice to have kitchen facilities. Bathroom was spacious enough, great shower. Wardrobe and drawer space was more than enough.
• Value for money: 7.5 Hotel was good value but it would have been improved if we had received some form of compensation for the spa being out of action.
