• Positive: Cheery and helpful staff, one member in particular has made our stay on two seperate ocations and i only wish i had got his name! So happy and welcoming even late at night.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Unfortunately we were up late most days so the room cleaner was unable to clean our room, i fully accept this is our own fault for being so lazy but i would have liked the offer of fresh towels.
• Location: 10 Right on the beach front with a spectacular veiw of the ocean.

• Staff: 10 So lovely and helpful no matter the time
• Quietness: 7.5 Unfortunately the rooms aren't the most sound proof from others inside the building but the guests are respectful so this wasnt really an issue.
• Room: 7.5 Brilliant size room, the bath in our room was smaller than what we are used to but we managed. The bed although sizable when both single beds are pushed together this unfortunately dosnt make for the comfiest sleep if you are looking for a double as falling through the middle is highly likely. The option of an actual double bed would be preferable.
• Value for money: 10 best value for money hotel in Benidorm.
