• Common facilities and services: 5 Good Pool, Spa and Breakfast area thATS ABOUT IT
• Staff: 10 the staff were great, friendly and helpful
• Quietness: Not rated This was the worst part you can here everything, people checking in, people getting ready for breakfast, the phone ringing, everything.. very noisy
• Room: 5 The room was fine, good air con, mini bar, and fine beds
• Value for money: 5 I thought it was a little expensive, maybe €20 or €30 too much per night, for the 2 of us it was €100 per night

• Location: 10 Excleenet location ideally situated equally between the balcon and burianna beach

• Staff: 10 All staff extremely helpful and polite - going out of their way to help us. All English speaking too which was a help
• Quietness: 10 Balcony overlooking the pool meant no noise whatsoever
• Room: 10 Pefect room - great furnishings and comfy bed for the price. Bathrooms were excellent
• Value for money: 10 More than value for money - considering what we thought was average price the finish and hotel were clearly the best we saw in Nerja
