• Staff: 10 Staff were polite and fluent in English.
• Quietness: 5 The high-speed traffic ouside our window made it difficult to sleep. We had to keep the window open because the room was stuffy.
• Room: 7.5 I prefer a carpeted floor, and lighting needs to be better for guests who want to read.
• Value for money: 7.5 We had the weekend rate, which was reasonable.

• Positive: la atencion del personal en recepcion informando del precio de la habitacion, cara para ser individual 156 euros. + iva. sin desayuno. x dormir 6 1/2 horas pero no me quedo otra alternativa por la hora de llegada . Para buscar otro hotel en la zona. se aplica lo de las lentejas.
• Negative: ruido a pesar de ser habitacion interna vista a patio, y en pasillo de la habitacion gotera toda la noche con el ruido de gota a gota se descansa. comunicado por la mañana a los señores de recepción.
