• Positive: We liked the central location and the helpful staff.
• Negative: The standard of the room in terms of the quality of the fixtures and fittings. The tiled floor already showed signs of wear, the height of the wardrobe and the toilet/shower room glass sliding door which lacked handles on the inside and was very difficult to move.
