• Negative: Nada todo estuvo excelente. Un pequeño comentario que no es crítica los marcos del baño estaban gastados con un poco de mantenimiento se soluciona. El Hotel fantástico

• Location: 10 Situado en la Rambla a pasos del metro para ir a todos lados.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Algún que otro detalle que se soluciona con mantenimiento, pero nada para ser criticado.
• Staff: 10 Amables y gentiles y muy predispuestos a cualquier pregunta.
• Quietness: 7.5 A pesar de estar sobre la rambla se puede dormir muy bien con el sistema de cerramiento de las ventanas.
• Room: 10 Habitaciones cómodas y lo suficientemente espaciosas.
• Value for money: 10 Excelente.

• Negative: The breakfast was very disappointing, the hot food was minimal & little to choose from. Most mornings the hot food was cold. Guests would be noticed, ignored & left standing waiting in the doorway to be seated. The food & crockery weren't replenished as they ran out, guests were having to ask for bread, cups, orange juice etc. The toaster (old & new one) were not suitable for a hotel breakfast room. We were given a room with twin beds, we did not request twin beds or were we asked if we would like to have them. We have stayed in this hotel three times, the first two times were very enjoyable, the last stay was disappointing.

• Room: 5 View was wonderful. Television reception on English speaking channel was appalling. We were unable to watch any television for four days. Tried to push in the cord at the back as suggested by the girl on reception, this did not fix the problem. Having to pay a deposit for the room safe key came as a shock. This was not explained at reception nor was there any information in the room regarding this.
