Edificio del S.XVI-XVII, que respeta las características arquitectónicas de su tiempo, combinándolo con el bienestar de las prestaciones actuales.Está ubicado en Vitoria-Gasteiz que es la capital del País Vasco,se encuentra a 525m. de altitud y tiene una población de unos 240.000 habitantes.Cuenta con 42m2 de zona verde por persona, esto la convierte en la ciudad europea con más zonas verdes consolidadas.En ella podremos degustar platos típicos como los caracoles y los perretxikos, que se recogen en la primavera, también podemos degustar carnes, mariscos, pescados v verduras de primera calidad, acompañados de excelentes vinos de la comarca riojana. En esta ciudad se encuentra la Catedral de Santa María, la Basílica de Armentia, además de diversos palacios y museos y es posible realizar distintas visitas guiadas, por el casco medieval, las cuatro torres y otras con distintas temáticas. También existe un tren turístico (Gasteiztxo). Durante todo el año la ciudad prepara programas para niños, con conciertos y multiaventura en la naturaleza, en Navidad se convierte en un gran parque infantil y en verano se celebra el festival internacional de juegos. Está completamente equipado, teniendo unas instalaciones y unos servicios entre los que destacan las habitaciones y zonas comunes adaptadas para discapacitados y el acceso a Internet wi-fi.   • Positive: The hotels building, the reception staff, the calmness of the area around the hotel and the rooms. We were made to feel welcome by the reception staff.
  • Negative: Some of the food in the restaurant and the fact that a chef would use tinned potatoes rather than use fresh vegetables. In addition we weren't given any information about the set menu. There wasn't enough information about the dishes on the menu. For example when a dessert includes the words "fruit salad" you do not expect it to be hot!!
