• Common facilities and services: 10 Very clean, the hotel smells lovely!
• Staff: 10 Very polite and courteous
• Quietness: 10 Room was very quiet
• Room: 10 Bed was in middle of room with plenty of space around it. The shower was huge. Had to request an iron and ironing board but it was brought to room immediately
• Value for money: 10 Very good value
