• Negative: The game center next to arena place should be closed or the machines should be fixed - Several of the machines were out of service or did not work as they should. that was a great disapointment to the children. The restaurant is very noisy. There is noting to absorb the sound so the noisy bounce back from the sealing and walls.

• Positive: Las habitaciones estaban muy bien al igual que el personal muy agradable, y la limpieza de las habitaciones inmejorable.
• Negative: La piscina para mi gusto estaba muy descuidada, y sucia, y los baños de las zonas comunes muy sucios, sobre todo el de los hombres, las habitaciones no me gusto la bañera ya que estaba descuidada y la mampara que tiene no retiene el agua al ducharse y se moja todo, yo me aloje en regimen de todo incluido y tampoco me gusto el no encontrar cubuiertos ni platos en la habitacion, pues si te hace falta por cualquier motivo, por si se te pasan las horas de las comidas y otro motivo no tienes nada para apañarte.
