• Negative: Y COMO TAMBIÉN HICE CONSTAR EN ESE BUZÓN DE SUGERENCIAS LO ÚNICO QUE NO ME GUSTÓ FUE QUE ME HICIERON PAGAR DOS DÍAS DE PARKING CUANDO EN REALIDAD SÓLO LO TUVE APARCADO UN DÍA. UTILICÉ EL PARKING INTERIOR LA NOCHE DEL DÍA 3 DE SEPTIEMBRE Y ME COBRARON EL DÍA TRES Y CUATRO. NO ME GUSTÓ LA DESCONFIANZA DE LAS CHICAS DE LA RECEPCIÓN. ME DIJERON QUE NO HABÍA FORMA DE AVERIGUAR QUE YO DECÍA LA VERDAD. LES SUGERÍ QUE COMPROBARAN LAS MATRÍCULAS DEL DÍA CUATRO Y ME DIJERON QUE ERA IMPOSIBLE. POR 14 EUROS NO VALÍA LA PENA DISCUTIR. YO HABÍA SOLICITADO UN RECIBO CUANDO ENTREGUÉ EL MANDO DEL PARKING PERO, ME DIJERON QUE NO ERA NECESARIO PORQUE ME DABAN DE BAJA EN EL ORDENADOR. EN MI CASO ESTO NO FUNCIONÓ.

• Location: 10 LA HABITACIÓN ESTABA MUY BIEN ORIENTADA Y EN PLANTA ALTA COMO HABÍAMOS SOLICITADO AL HACER LA RESERVA. LA SITUACIÓN DEL HOTEL TAMBIÉN NOS GUSTÓ, CERCA DEL PUEBLO Y AL LADO DE LA PLAYA, QUE ES LO QUE QUERÍAMOS.

A EXCEPCIÓN DEL PEQUEÑO INCIDENTE QUE YA LES HE DESCRITO ANTERIORMENTE, QUE AUNQUE NOS TRATARON CON AMABILIDAD NO FUERON EFICIENTES PARA RESOLVER LA SITUACIÓN.

• Negative: En el primer país productor de aceite de oliva y con muy buen aceite de oliva virgen en la zona, las botellas del comedor de "aceite de orujo de oliva". Creo que es fácil negociar con algún productor de la zona del Maestrazgo, publicidad para el y buen aceite en el comedor. Algunas sillas en el comedor con restos de migas en el desayuno, temprano, no es bueno para un 4 estrellas. Los camareros muy atentos, buen trabajo, quizás falta alguno mas.
