• Negative: El buffet. Con diferencia, ha sido el peor de los 5 veranos que llevamos alojandonos en distintos PlayaSenator Luxury.

• Location: 10 Ha sido lo mejor de la estancia, y desgraciadamente no es algo que dependa del hotel.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Referido al buffet, speraba mucha mejor calidad en los productos, variedad y sobre todo un buen cocinado. Las instalaciones y servicios si responden a un Luxury, pero la restauración no.
• Staff: 5 Amables y eficaces, excepto el peronsal de cocina del buffet que eran muy poco eficaces sobre todo en las planchas.

• Value for money: 2.5 No estoy conforme con haber pagado un Luxury y haber recibido un servicio peor que un PlayaSenator Estandar.

• Positive: En general, todo el hotel. Es nuestra tercera o cuarta visita y nos gusta que es más pequeño que otros hoteles de la cadena, oír lo que es más tranquilo.el entorno (playa, urbanización) es además de muy alta calidad
