• Cleanliness: 7.5 The room was cleaned daily. The communal areas were well kept. The outside garden areas were lovely and very well kept.
• Location: 10 The bus into Aynamote was great. The Prominade was great for walking/running and safe for children.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The Common Areas were well kept. The indoor pool is a great advantage when travelling at this time of year as the weather is not always suitable for swimming outdoors.
• Staff: 10 Amazing staff they were welcoming and very friendly. They always made a special effort to speak with our little boy which was great.
• Quietness: 10 The hotel was quite there was a little noise from the outside smoking area which was right beside our room but this was not into the early hours so not a huge disturbance!
• Room: 10 The room was provided on the ground floor with direct access to the pool. (we had stayed in the hotel twice before and had requested a room like this). The room was big and the bathroom was well laid out.
• Value for money: 10 Excellent value for money.
