• Room: 7.5 The terrace in the suite is spectacular. The room itself could use a little updating (particularly the sofa)

• Cleanliness: 2.5 Room 117 was located with the window facing a square area that was littered with rubbish and in our 3 nights there this wasn't cleaned.

• Quietness: Not rated we were in room 117 which apparently was a room to cater for the disabled and neither my husband or I was disabled. From the room we could hear toilets of other room(s) flushing, the pipes were very loud.
• Room: 2.5 Didn't like that the shower didn't have a door. The Shower head was too soft the bed was very small, seemed like a double size when you are use to a king size
• Value for money: 2.5 we stayed in 4 star hotels in barcelona, lisbon, marrakech and another hotel in Madrid and they were cheaper, with better rooms and service. Even the location was good either next to a metro or walking distance to sights

• Negative: Dass ich zuerst ein Zimmer ohne Fenster bekommen habe. (Nach Beschwerde habe ich ein Zimmer mit Fenster bekommen.) Meine Freundin hat ein kleines Zimmer mit einem Fenster bekommen, das direkt in die Richtung Treppe-Durchgang richtet. Daher musste sie ganze Zeit mit Vorhang schliessen.

• Cleanliness: 10 Room floor and desk area was not very clean. Possibly because they wanted to give us room as soon as possible and hence it was cleaned in hurry?
• Location: 10 Don't go anywhere else, this hotel is so central that all roads lead to the Preciados!

• Staff: 7.5 Staff was excellent except the breakfast area staff was not to that level. A little snobbish.

• Room: 10 Room sizes were good for being in the middle of the city. We had 2 rooms, both differed in size and shape but both were well appointed and had clean decor.
• Value for money: 10 Modern, well appointed and clean rooms, location, good breakfast and friendly staff makes the money well spent.
