• Positive: The hotel was modern and relatively quiet - the darkening shutters on the windows was a nice option.
• Negative: The front desk staff were not helpful when we encountered difficulty locating the hotel - they told us to go to a square nearby and ask someone - but no one knew where the hotel was and would either point us in the completely wrong direction or, if they were familiar with the name of the street, the common misperception was that the street started at a different point, which was around the corner from the hotel (next to Corte Ingles heading down towards Sol). We called the front desk several times and kept receiving the same advice. We finally stumbled upon the hotel on our own.

• Positive: How extragant and special I felt! This was a royal treatment.
• Negative: I'd say the cost - but it was well worth it. The English hotel channel on the tv didnt work. If it had, I might have tried somethign I didnt know was available.

• Cleanliness: 10 everything was very clean and neat.
• Location: 7.5 Kinda far by taxi to airport. No airport shuttle but the taxi was right there when we wanted them!
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Restaurant was very nice. The room tray sent to 6th floor was great - those choc! are off the chart! There was no workout room tho.. or pool??
• Staff: 10 Very polite and helpful.
• Quietness: 10 Never heard a sound!!
• Room: 10 the 6th floor suite was wonderful! The roof is hot during the day but nice at night.
• Value for money: 10 It was alot of $$, but the dinner was fabulous. I was very disappointed that your breakfast (which was included in our cost) was not open early and we missed out! I was disapointed.
