• Positive: Everything was clean, new, and modern. The hotel is located next to the Callao metro stop, it%27s close to the Gran Via, El Corte Inglés, Plaza del Sol, and Plaza Mayor. The staff was very helpful. There are computers with free internet access, free minibar, and it%27s very quiet. I loved this hotel and highly recommend it.
• Negative: Nothing, except that hotels in Spain do not have a clock on the night stand. All of the hotels we stayed at had the clock/alarm on the television so you didn%27t know what time it was unless it the TV was turned on. Seems to be standard, so it%27s nothing against Hotel Preciados.

• Quietness: 10 Wonderful! I was worried about this because it%27s located in the city center next to everything, but we didn%27t hear a single thing. We had two rooms, an interior room and an exterior room with a balcony. Both were very quiet and they even had extra mechanical shades you can bring down to block out the sunlight when you want to sleep in!
• Room: 10 The room was smaller than rooms in the US, but we didn%27t mind. I got water all over the bathroom floor because the glass door in the shower only covered half of the tub. Not a big deal, however.
• Value for money: 10 This was the most expensive hotel we stayed at in Spain. I think it was worth every penny because of its proximity to the main sites and because of how new and clean everything is.
