• Positive: El buffet libre y su personal y el garaje incluido. Estar con mi familia en la misma habitación es de agradecer. La colección de cuadros me encantó.
• Negative: Que la piscina cubierta estuviera cerrada en semana santa. Cogí el hotel por esa razón. Tampoco me gustó que en los espéctáculos no dieran ni las buenas noches en español.

• Staff: 10 excellent service from all staff whom I delt with from Laura on the reception to Fernando in the dining room amazing staff

• Room: 5 Our room was ok but with being out the front we could hear a lot of noise coming from people who were coming out of the pubs/clubs , we could also here the TV from the room next door to us they had it very loud at 7.30am every morning

• Positive: The dining room lads were extremely nice and helpful and always had time for a little joke with you. The reception staff were also helpful along with the Maintenance guys who we called on every night to take our scooters up the tricky ramp. Thank you so much guys, your help was deeply appreciated.

• Cleanliness: 5 One of the cleaners was a bit more thorough than the other.
• Location: 7.5 In the centre of the night life with plenty of bars, Supermarkets and gift shops to wander around in. Not to far from the beach either.
• Common facilities and services: 5 No animation team or games around the pool at all. There was music playing though.
• Staff: 10 The staff were excellent. Very attentive and always helpful. They are what make this hotel 'GREAT'.
• Quietness: 10 We faced on to the very busy street. When the balcony door was closed you never heard a thing.
• Room: 5 Our room was a bit on the small side for three adults. The balcony was quite big.
• Value for money: 5
