• Quietness: Not rated Me dieron habitación en la planta baja. El ruido continuo de coches día y noche era insoportable. La habitación estaba mal aislada térmica y sonoramente
• Room: Not rated Tamaño adecuado. Vistas malísimas. Pasamos frío y dormíamos con doa nórdicos. Por la mañana daba miedo salir de la cama por el cambio de temperatura. No se puede regular el aire acondicionado, lo tienen centralizado y sin bomba de calor, ni calefacción

• Negative: La comida desde la primera vez q me aloje ahí en el año 1995, la calidad del bufett ha ido descendiendo ( me he alojado siete veces en todos estos años) hasta niveles q considero no son adecuados para un hotel de cuatro estrellas tanto en variedad como en calidad y cantidad, habiendo tocado fondo en las tres características.
