• Common facilities and services: 2.5 A la llegada nos dispusimos a entrar al parking y despues de intentar entrar en 3 ocasiones, tuvimos q salir marcha atras, salian vehículos y no habia ningun semàforo ni personal del hotel regulando. Despues de la primera decepción, intentamos acceder a la plaza que nos asignaron, pero la cola que se ocasionó no nos permitió realizar la maniobra . Total, al avanzar tocamos con un tubo de plástico que sobresalia de la paret y estaba pintado de blano. Resultado, rotura del cristal sobre mis tres hijos que iban en el asiento de atras.
• Staff: 2.5 Despues de la rotura del cristal, lo explicamos a la joven de recepción y pedimos hablar con un responsable. Bajó al parking una chica que sin presentarse, nos dijo que ella tambien acavaba de rallar su coche. Aun estamos esperando aue nos preguntaran por nuestros hijos, recoger los cristales del coche o sacar todas las maletas. Estamos haciendo una ruta por el norte y solo hubiesemos necesitado dos maletas y no las 7 que tuvimos q sacar. Viajamos 7.

• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Poor wifi on 4th floor. very nice restaurant with excellent breakfast. Very surprising that there is a smoking floor in the hotel.
• Staff: 10 The afternoon staff, female, was extremely helpful. I was traveling with family who would not arrive until the next day but it was arranged we could have rooms next to each other, unfortunately the rooms were on a floor which allows smoking. I was not aware this was allowed anywhere in Europe anymore. So I moved rooms the next day before the family arrived and we were still located next door to each other, sadly on that floor the wifi was almost nonexistent and that was very important for my friends as they needed to be in contact with their family at home so needed decent wifi. The very helpful staff moved them a second time so that t hey had a room. Still on the same floor as myself but with good wifi. It seems there is a black hole for wifi at one end of the 4th floor which I think should be rectified.

• Room: 10 Rooms were very big with separate sitting room which is lovely. Very well decorated. Some rooms were two storey with sleeping area upstairs and sitting room downstairs. No view from the four rooms we tried.

• Negative: Que se oye todo lo de las habitaciones y el cuarto de baño es pequeño a pesar de ser una suite. El Desayuno es muy básico y los empleados un poco serios.

• Negative: - Instalaciones de 3 estrellas, no 4, pero precio de 4 estrellas. - Falta de personal en la recepción y la cafeteria - Falta de atención al cliente: He llamado al hotel para pedir una habitación tranquila explicando que tengo claustrofobia y no consigo dormir con la ventanas cerradas. Me dijeron que no habia problema. En vez de darme una habitación en el patio la habitación daba a la calle (con un bar justo en frente) con gente gritando a las 5 de la madrugada. ¡Fatal! - Hotel muy ruidoso: se oye todos los pasos de los demas y los vecinos via las paredes. - Mucho calor en las habitaciones
