• Positive: The friendliness from the cleaning staff.
• Negative: We are very unhappy with Riversun's treatment. We have stayed at the Rio Sol 15 times, and each time in an apartment with a large terrace. We have previously booked by mail and have been given the desired apartment each time. This time we were asked to book via the web page, and also wrote here the apartments we would like to stay in. It could not be accommodated why we got an apartment with a small terrace. Since we place great emphasis on a large terrace, we must probably state that we will no longer stay at the Rio Sol - unfortunately.

• Positive: The view, The cleaning, The warm pool, big terrasses, beautful surroundings, Good placement near Puerto Rico and The shopping center, The Lady that was palying with The kids and adults
• Negative: Very small kitchen, it was Hard to Cook meals and it was not enough room for more than one saucepan at one time. Very small refridgerator. - very little space for our clothes. The wardrobe was big but no shelves so it didnt matter - The bedsofas was very uncomforteble - insightbetween The terrasses. There should be an option to have some privacy - Silly that The VIP area costed 10 Euro. The guests at the Hotel could at least get one Day for free. -tasteless food in The restaurant

• Positive: The cleaning of the room, the food, the pool area and the nice and helpful staff.
• Negative: The fact that we got an uncentral room with traffic noise by arriving. We had booked early and were staying at Riosol for the eight time. The next day we got a better room. Very good, but it should have been unnecesarry.
