• Positive: The lady at guest reception. Welcoming and VERY helpful. I cannot remember her name but she had slightly curly hair and wore glasses. Our room was a bit of a mess when we arrived with several items missing or not working. She took multiple calls from us and made every call seem a priority. She also assisted with touristy things such as planning bus rides, giving great advice, etc. She was excellent ans should be commended.
• Negative: The twin beds were hard and very uncomfortable. The sink trap was broken. The plug was missing from the tub. The television was too small to watch! More of a computer monitor than a television. Breakfast buffet was ok but not a lot of selection

• Staff: 10 Again, front desk staff was amazing. The best feature of the hotel! The size and condition of the room is not in her control! Housekeeping and maintenance did respond quickly to our requests.

• Room: Not rated Very small with little room to move. Good closet space.
• Value for money: 5 The location is what you are paying for rather than the luxuries afforded in other hotels.
