• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Pool shut at 6pm. Last orders at the bar was 11pm then we were kicked out by half past.
• Staff: Not rated Very rude and miserable on occasions I was clicked at and the word give me was used. Unhelpful when asked about stuff on the area.
• Quietness: Not rated There were lots of large groups in the hotel it was very noisy especially during evening. It was like a nursery with children running around near the doors being unsafe.
• Room: 5 Room was ok met basic needs, beds were comfy.
• Value for money: Not rated I would not stay here again food was ok and rooms were ok however, services pool and bar where not up to scratch.
