• Positive: You gave me a free room upgrade, thank you. The location of the hotel is amazing. The staff on reception are friendly, welcoming and helpful.
• Negative: Breakfast service was a little slow. The fire alarm/smoke alarm went early in the morning, it sounded like a reversing alarm on a truck outside, so we didn’t respond - quite scary!
