• Negative: Varias cosas. Entre ellas ke hay ke contratar gente española. No se enteraban de nada de lo ke decia yo y no pude dejar a mi hija en el mini club porke no me entendian. Otra de las cosas es ke no respetaron mi propuesta de habitación. Me dieron una antigua y sin nada de vistas. Las piscinas necesitan una reforma.

• Cleanliness: Not rated Never seen a place with not enough cleaning ladies to cover every day of the week. Sheets barely changed. Balcony has never been cleaned from the sand while we were there. Not enough shower gel!! How am I supposed to shower with 2 of those for 2 days straight? When I asked for more knowing that the following day none would come I was told there weren’t enough. Also had the feeling the mop was dirty since there wasn’t a nice smell into the room.

• Staff: 5 Staff mostly polite except for 2 girls at the bar who were really rude. Service at the restaurant a little slow but still great staff.
• Quietness: 5 Is there anyone who check that kids don’t get into the hydro massage pool? Every time I was there I always found some kids making noise.

• Room: Not rated Deprimente compre una habitación por Internet y me enviaron a la habitación de la tortura, llevé a mi esposa de aniversario y al ver la habitación y el sitio nos dio de todo, primera vez que veo un ventilador en un hotel compre con aire a.cond. Y e dieron una con ventilador horrible sin vista y era como un Zulu, me dio vergüenza agena con mi esposa no encontré donde meter la cara.
