• Common facilities and services: 2.5 El hotel está muy desfasado. Los ascensores son antediluvianos, sufrimos varios golpes de las puertas que se cierran violentamente. El comedor pequeño, nos tocó esperar para poder entrar a desayunar porque estaba lleno.

• Quietness: Not rated No me podía creer que a las 8:00 am de un Sábado, el personal de limpieza estuviera arrastrando muebles en el piso superior y hablando a voz en grito. Uno pide un hotel para descansar, y si la noche es de Viernes a Sábado cuesta poco suponer que igual uno se ha ido a la cama un poco tarde y no quiere ser despertado a las 8:00
• Room: 2.5 El cuarto de baño necesita reforma, las vistas horribles. (Habitación 208)
• Value for money: Not rated Casi 70 euros por un hotel antiguo, en el que no pudimos descansar. Lo elegí frente a otros por ser un Silken, ya que me he alojado en otros y la experiencia fue muy satisfactoria, pero a partir de ahora lo tacho de mi lista.
