• Cleanliness: 10 Room was very clean, room tidied every morning with new supplies etc
• Location: 10 near to everything! right beside the stops for the bus tour and 2 mins away from the metro!

• Staff: 10 staff were very nice, very efficient, very helpful
• Quietness: 10 the area was very quiet adn the rooms are quiet too
• Room: 10 room was a nice size, had a balcony looking out onto the street, air conditioning and the bathroom was lovely!
• Value for money: 7.5 it was quite expensive and there is a service charge everytime something is ordered to the room but overall i think the value for money was ok.
