• Staff: 2.5 Reception personnel were not at all helpful.
• Quietness: Not rated Sound insultation between rooms was very poor. I could hear and understand word for word the conversations of people in the neighbouring room.
• Room: Not rated Shower is ridiculously small. And I am only 5'2''.
• Value for money: Not rated Web site states 10% discount if you like them on facebook, but infact this wasn't applied. Advertised a 2 for 1 spa voucher, but in fact there was no local spa facility where this could be used. We were lead to believe breakfast was included, but informed on check out that it wasn't and given a bill. Overall very misleading.
