• Positive: La habitación, estábamos alojados en una suite, además el trato del personal.
• Negative: La mayor atracción del hotel para nosotros era el SPA, y aún siendo de pago, el baño turco estaba fuera de servicio, hecho del que no fuimos informados en el momento de pagar el servicio.

• Positive: The staff ...especially the barman that had worked at the hotel 30 years also the Brazilian young man who worked in the bar and at breakfast both were absolutely excellent a credit to the hotel...
• Negative: Towels being taken off the beds on the upper deck sun lounge..You should be given say up to one hour if you want to go for a walk or out to lunch ..I agree that beds should not be unattended for hours..but common sense by management is needed..plus a note should be given making guests aware of the policy when they check in...
